He gave better options of what I had planned for self.2 weeks agoI had the worst experience at this place. They are very unprofessional, they charge these ridiculous prices to fix your car. Not only do they keep your car longer than the time they tell you they need to service it. They don’t call you back to follow up on the progress that is being made to your vehicle. The employees need to be retrain on customer service. They asked me to trade my car in to give me a car that has giving me problems since I traded my old car in. This place is beyond the worst place to get a car from. Word of advice go to a dealership that have great customer service and know how to call and give updates and more because this place is a rip off.3 months agoI worked with Allen to buy a 2018 Jeep Renegade I saw online. He impressed me from step one because he listened. I mean truly listened. I had my own financing and unlike other dealers he didn’t try to get me to finance through the dealership so they could hit my credit a bunch of times with empty promises. He is very attentive and communicates throughout the entire process. I highly recommend going here and especially working with Allen.3 months agoI usually never write a review but I had the need to write it for this place. I took my vehicle for service this morning and asked to check and do a rotation on my tires and everything else because I sometimes do deliveries and just wanted to be sure everything was working properly. I get out and felt my vehicle a bit funny. Got home and my daughter notice my tire getting low. I told her it wasn’t possible because it was just checked at the auto shop. We went to run some errands and got a flat tired!! The frustration and time we went through to get it towed to a place to get it fix. Now I won’t have my car for next day for school and work. Another thing, we looked for the tire key in my vehicle and realized I had it in my house so it was never in my vehicle, which means they didn’t do a tire rotation because they didn’t have the key for the tires!!!!! I will not be taking my car for service at this place again!!!! gave it a star to be able to write a review but if it was for me I would give no star to this place!!!😡😡a month agoIt’s a nice looking dealership but I was heavily misinformed just to be brought in. I called in for a used Chevy and a gentleman told me it was not ready and had some issues that needed to be fixed and it hadn’t gone though a check yet. I accepted and move on to other dealers but then they called me back a week later saying that the vehicle was ready and that it had gone though a check with no issues. I had the misfortune to come in to test the car only to hear very concerning loud sounds throughout the car and it was a mess. In reality the car had not gone though a check and I wasted my time. Very disingenuous and very deceiving. Thank you Ahmad baine for the misinformation.

a week agoI bought a 2016 Ford Police Utility and and a 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor from Chicago Motors. From start to finish Ted was 100% on point with communications and hospitality. I flew in to inspect the vehicles and Ted picked me up at the airport.After inspecting and driving the vehicles Ted negotiated a great price for both to be shipped to the house.
I explored Chicago the same day and flew back the next. Within 2 days the cars arrived to my front door!
If you’re looking for a government fleet vehicle I would recommend Chicago Motors!

a month agoChicago Motors is a must-go place if you’re in the market for a police vehicle (or if you just want to window shop). They find low-mileage unicorns as well as the more numerous well-used ones. Picked up this ‘14 Caprice PPV from them for around $8K, keeping $$$ in my pocket to bolt on 700+ hp via a cam and LSA. Great communication. Quick, easy transaction and helped get it delivered.3 months agoWe were in the market for a reasonably priced and reliable car for my daughter. We reached out to and got prompt responses from Ted. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online or not in person. Ted and the folks at Chicago Motors made the purchase the best experience I’ve had ever buying a car. I didn’t have to sit around for a few hours at a dealership and wait on all of the ridiculous paperwork. My next vehicle purchase will more than likely be with the good folks at Chicago Motors2 months agoRecently purchased a 2008 P71 from CMI. This is my second P71, and I couldn’t be happier. After a few conversations with Ted, I bought this car unseen and had it shipped to Boston. It was exactly as described on the website, with no mechanical issues. Ted was able to quickly come up with a shipping price and updated me until the car arrived in front of my house. Thank you, Ted, and the CMI team for one of the best examples of a Crown Victoria PI I’ve seen in a long time.

4 months agoI felt very comfortable walking in here which is rare entering repair shops. It was very clean and chic. I had previously gone to the Mercedes dealership and they were going to charge me an arm and leg. As a female I always get worried going to fix my car because I’m not always sure mechanics are being honest with me. When I came here Jimmy was very honest and charged me $1200 less that my initial quote .Thank you Jimmy I’ll definitely be back soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!a month agoTook my 2021 X3M bmw competition for diagnostic for major gas leak , installation of port injection , wheel balancing and installation of exhaust , they don’t have a bmw sign on their shop so I was hesitant at first but man what an amazing gem of a place I found beats everyone who claims he is a professional tuner , they fixed and diagnosed my gas leak , told me what to order exactly , installed a very complex air charge cooler and port E85 fuel injection , installed complete exhaust without a leak and balanced my wheels When I told them my car shakes a little bit For chicago their prices are actually Amazing , I came from missouri They are busy all the time but when they tell you Wednesday will work on your car , then expect everything you can imagine possible or not to be completed that day . Superb people who really know what they are doing , if I could stay in chicago a bit more I’ll ask them to rebuild my 2021 s58 engine with more forged parts but unfortunately have to go back to missouri , but what a gem of a place I found2 months agoMy car broke down as I was 6h away from home – it was towed to Chicago auto repair. They waited for me to arrive after business hours! The next day, they were super fast to give me a diagnostic and estimate. They fixed the car really quickly and allowed me to go on my way that same day. Great service, would absolutely recommend.7 months agoHonest shop they know what they are doing. Very straightforward, clean waiting area unlike other shops.
