a month agoAfter waiting for 3 months for my online appointment, they called me 2 minutes before the appointment time, to tell me that my insurance actually doesn’t cover their services, and i will need to pay for the consult. Of course the consult wasn’t cheap and it was also an online consult, so it’s not like she could really consult me.. So I refused, I didn’t want to take a decision under pressure, and play their game. What was the point in paying for this “online consult” if my insurance didn’t cover the treatment after? I would not recomend them, poorly organized and no scruples.2 months agoVery happy. Caring and attentive staff. The doctor did a great job, explaining the procedure and how realistic our chances were of conceiving. My nurse always answered my questions promptly when I emailed her. We did IVF with genetic testing and now have a healthy baby boy.2 months agoDr. Reshef made this process easy and showed he truly cares about his patients. He included us in every decision and gave us our options in clear easy to understand terms. This is not an easy process to go through but even after our first visit I felt very comfortable and confident in AFCC to help us on our journey.5 months agoDr Irani is amazing and thanks to him I have my baby boy. Now after 2 years we are trying for baby number 2 and this time around our experience has not been pleasant. The front desk lady Annette is the most unprofessional and rude person in that office. Appointment are always running late. I did not feel the care I received was personalized to my needs I just felt like another $$$.3 weeks agoRun. Lack of care, process and transparency. Rude staff at the front desk. Fraudulent billing practices. The only reason they gained reputation is because of a doctor that was on staff and he’s left in June.
