I cannot believe how bustling the Cielo Vista Mall was last night. I can’t remember the last time I saw any mall this busy. Is the pandemic finally over? So many open businesses as well, like one selling Funko Pops and others selling vintage video games or sports cards. I felt like I time traveled back to the 90s.

First and foremost the mall itself wasn’t bad, I just had a bad experience with one of the booths. On the first floor by the left side of the mall, there is a massage booth and the guy running it was incredibly aggressive with me and my friend. When passing by the guy stopped us and offered us a massage and I declined, then the man would grab my arm and try to force me and my friend to try his massage. We left the mall immediately after and we don’t know who to report him to so I decided to post it here in the reviews. I don’t mind the booths around the mall and I get that every one has to make a sale but when they get physical that’s where I draw the line.

I recommend this place 100% jazlyn was so sweet patient and gentle and very understanding I was nervous about getting my first lobe piercing and she ask are you ready and she count to three like l ask her too and l felt better if you want her to be the one to pierce your ears go to the lovisa it’s upstairs and the good news is that it’s free for the piercing you gotta pay for the earring you can get the earrings for cheap for like $20 dollars if you ask for it the earrings lm wearing was 20 dollars plus tax but it’s worth it

The dirtiest mall I’ve ever been to. It’s on the same scale as a swap meet. I’ve never seen so much trash & product on the floor. The only stores that didn’t have product on the floor were the mainline shoe stores, cell phone stores, beauty stores etc. The dinning area is disgusting every table is dirty. I bet rodents are under the grease machines in the dining facilities. Simone Properties has clearly charged this one to the game. I wanted to take pictures just so the mall could see what their mall looks like. But there was just too much junk trash that it became frustrating. I had to get out of there!

Carousel is very fun. Got to see cute cats when we went. Nice little park for kids, and ropes coarse as well. Overall, 10/10
Took lots of pictures. Met an adorable kitten in the cat adoption center, who slept on my lap. Amazing.

Such a great zoo! Visiting from Tampa, FL and had to stop in with my son. It was great to see so many animals that we don’t get to see at our zoo back home.
It was a really hot day so I think some of the animals were kept inside and I wish some of the others would have had something to cool them down because the heat seemed to be affecting some of them as well.
Loved their cat adoption facility and though this was a great idea that many other zoos should do as well!

Nice size zoo. It’s a little hot in June (what else is new…) but there is plenty of shade. We saw quite a few animals including the Red River Hog which was new to us. Make time for the special activities (including the giraffe feeding which is only $3)

Great place to spend a couple of hours.

The El Paso Zoo is a fun place for kids and adults. New exhibits are being worked on. It could use some sprucing up in places. Some equipment was showing its age and needs replaced. The animals were well taken care of and appeared in their enclosures as at some larger zoos I’ve visited. Families were enjoying the place getting wet in the fountain pad area. Also many were boarding the miniature train that circled the zoo. We spent 2 hours roaming around.

Pretty neat zoo, has a lot of animals that you don’t see elsewhere, like owls and these super small cute monkeys. Went during the winter freeze, so there were practically zero people. The elephants and giraffes don’t come out during cold weather, but we did see the tiger and seal. Tickets are $14 for adults.

Great experience. Really ideal for Eastsiders and it alleviates the drive Downtown (San Jacinto Plaza)….. Unless you want to see both. My family enjoyed the setup, music and the festivities.

I loved walking at Ascarate Park, it has a great trail for walking or jogging. Families are grilling, group cycling in full swing and a lot of fishing going on too overall a very pleasant experience. 😉🚴🚶‍♀️🏃🎣🎏

Great park with lots of things to do. You can walk, jog or run around the lake. There are picnic and grills for use. Walking around the lake is of my favorite thing to do. Fishing is allowed on the lake as well. Highly recommended 👌

Ascarate Park is fun. There’s so much to do. You can rent bikes to ride, and canoes. You can also fish and have Cook outs! Everything is relatively clean, and the lake is very nice to look at. There are also food trucks there to have a snack😊

We barely started coming over to practice fishing. We have only caught bass and i heard there’s catfish as well but not 100% sure. For the most park its ok, its calm, its nice, lots of families, couples, people walking their dogs on leashes, people running, etc. Prices to go in are completely fair, 5, 10 dlls on the weekends. The park benches are relatively clean… lots of green, there is trash around unfortunately because people dont always respect and pick up after themselves… but not too much honestly. Now. the only BAD thing is the bathrooms…… just dont. Female bathrooms all clogged, not flushed, impossible to use them; and my husband said someone went no. 2 in the urinals in the males restroom……. there are multiple restroom kiosks around, so hopefully some other ones are better. We like it; juwy won’t be drinking too much water so that i dont have to use the restrooms.
