The place was beautiful – we just came at a time when they decided to do an update on the grounds. The big section closed off, and working on it. We still were able to visit a lot of the beautiful flowers and trees. So peaceful here, even though, it was a windy day so, we didn’t stay too long. They also have artwork for sale in the office. Don’t forget to donate as they need this to keep up the grounds.

What a beautiful place to take a stroll and enjoy some time with your loved ones. There are plenty of chairs and benches all around the park area to sit down and have picnics or relax. The enclosed Children’s area with the splash pad is particularly fun and super cute. There’s a merry go round next to the Children’s okay are as well. When we went, the Crystal Bridge Conservatory was closed for construction so we didn’t get to see any of it. However, there was plenty to explore and enjoy around the botanical gardens. Tips: it seems the homeless come bathe and cool down at the splash pad, though they didn’t seem threatening and kept their distance from the kids, that’s something to look out for.

Every time we go it looks absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait until they are finished renovating. It is a great place to take the family or go by yourself to go for a walk through some truly beautiful Gardens. The location is easy to get to and the parking is fair priced. There are also electric scooters and bikes available to ride in the area. There is a children’s area and during the summer there’s also a waterpark. The merry go round and snack shack or in that same area.

Even though the green house is under construction and reopening by Fall 2022, the rest of the garden is still a fantastic space for strolls.

There are sufficient shaded areas with benches if you are needing to simply sit and enjoy the greenery surrounding you.

There are a couple of splash pads for young and old to cool off in the heat of summer. The streetcar stop is also nearby if you want a ride to Midtown or Bricktown. Tickets can be bought at a kiosk ($1-$3 per adult).

Such an amazing place. Perfect place to bring family if they’re visiting from out of town and enjoy the outdoors. Park was absolutely stunning and also a great place to work out if you live in Oklahoma City and wanted to run up some stairs or just have some views during your run. Right in the heart of downtown.

My wife was very happy to see this replica lighthouse that was inspired from a lighthouse from Massachusetts. It reminded me of my visit to my dad’s hometown in Massachusetts! The boats in the marina and rocks lining the water was very cool. Plus we saw a mink climbing on the rocks! First time for that!! This is a great place to visualize what you would see at the coastline of the New England area! So cool!!

We love going here! It’s a pretty busy spot. Parking is interesting sometimes but they have 3 restaurants over there so it stays busy, especially on the weekends. Lots of people walk here too. Such a beautiful spot to watch the sunset & get some photos while the kids run around too. There are also several spots to go and part at and watch the boats or playground down the road.

It is a great place to relax and enjoy Sunsets, esp. during summer. There are good restaurants around as well. The light house gets lit up at night giving a perfect reflection. To those who love landscape and long exposure photography, it is the best spot.

The only problem is the parking. The place is busy all the time and the parking space is not adequate for this particular spot. There will be an abundant parking on the Picnic spot couple mile away but then you have to walk to the lighthouse.

Beautiful place. Could not image we had such a beautiful lake near the city. I would recommend going for sunset. If stay a little longer, you will get to see the “lights” on the lighthouse.

Amazing place to sit and enjoy the view! Wish we could have stayed longer, it was a bit too hot out the day we went! Still very beautiful!

We recently started taking our pup, Bruce to this park and he loves it! There are several benches to rest, shaded areas, and lots of water available for the dogs. The key fob makes it easy to get into the park and the pond area is enclosed in a separate gate so you can keep your dog away from the water, if you prefer. Everyone has been very nice and Bruce has made so many new doggo friends. Don’t let the small fee or application process deter you from joining like we did- this park is perfect!

I love that this dog park has gone to paid membership and an approval process. It’s a great place to let our dog run and socialize. The people there have always been friendly, and if there is a dog not on its best behavior the owner normally takes care of it, or removes the dog.

There are plenty of balls, frisbees, water, and toys.

There is even a pond, and I love that it’s gate so in case you don’t want your dog to go in the water they won’t have access.

I love this dog park! I see a lot of bad ratings which makes me so sad! I get $10 a month is a lot, but the money goes to making the park better. Before the membership, it was complete madness. Too many aggressive dogs and fights always breaking out. I stopped going because it was too dangerous. I started going to the Midtown dog park but it’s so small it wasn’t the same. They started charging membership because people weren’t donating. They have to maintain the property somehow. The membership it totally worth it. I’ve seen improvements to the grass, the walk way to the lake and lights have been added. Plus it’s clean! My dog loves access to the lake and the little kid pools. I highly recommend this dog park to anyone who has a dog!!

This IS a members-only park, but I love it. The facility is already awesome, and the trustees are regularly making it better. I feel like my animals and family are safe here, and enjoy making friends there – both animal and human. The contained POND AREA IS A BIG BONUS.

Well, I was going to take my sitter dog here and so I looked the park up on Google only to find out it’s a private dirt club for dogs.

Nevermind that. I’ve known this place has existed and I thought it was free, as it was last time I went–several years ago. That was and will be the last time.

There are plenty of other places I will take my dog to that has actual free grass to roam!
